Welcome to the “Just 3 Things Journal”! This notebook has numerous prompts asking you to name 3 things about a particular topic about yourself, those around you, or your surroundings. This practice is very helpful for busy women who feel they have lost connection to their life and the family around them. This journaling reacquaints you with aspects of your life that were fun, enjoyable, or rekindles precious memories! The process is thought-provoking and with continued practice, will help to boost your self-esteem and confidence as you will remember these aspects of your life and surroundings and rediscover the unique and wonderful person you are! When answering the questions, talk about the reasons WHY you answered them in the way you did. This will expand your horizons and ignite your personal awareness of what makes you who you are. Each journal entry page also contains a patterned heart that can be colored in if you wish! A way to add color to your journal and give you another form of “artistic expression” in your journal beyond your journaling.
